About Robert M. Ervin Jr.
In over three decades in the private practice of law, Mr. Ervin has handled a wide spectrum of legal matters. His practice is focused primarily on probate, wills, trusts and estates, as well as the prosecution and defense of civil appeals.
A native of Tallahassee, Mr. Ervin graduated from the Florida State University College of Law in 1982, and began his legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable James R. Jorgenson of the Third District Court of Appeal in Miami. He entered the private practice of law in Tallahassee in 1984.
Before attending law school, Mr. Ervin received an A.A. degree from Tallahassee Community College, attended the University of Missouri, and graduated from the Florida State University with a B.A. in English.
Mr. Ervin was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1982, and is a member of the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section. He has been a member of the Tallahassee Bar Association since 1984.
He is peer review AV rated by Martindale-Hubbel, which is the highest level of professional excellence, and acknowledges lawyers who are widely respected by their peers for their ethical standards and legal expertise.
